Made This New FBW Bases On Program Design For Dummies

Monday

Back Squat
Incline Barbell Bench Press
One Legged Romanian Deadlift
Barbell Bent-Over Row
Barbell Skullcrusher
This ab stability thing that i don't know what it's name is.

Wednesday

Flat Barbell Bench Press
Chinup
Step Up
Standing Barbell Military Press
Seated Calf Raise
Shrug

Friday

Barbell Deadlift
Decline Barbell Bench Press
Lunge
Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
Barbell Curl
Crunch

Is this any good?

ditch the bench press on the day you are doing military press. Both hit the shoulders hard, and you dont have a horizontal pull to match the benching on that day, and adding one would make the workout VERY taxing.

Ill replace the military press with dumbbell deadlift and keep the bench press so i can still train the chest in that workout and won't doing chinups substitute rows for that workout?

chinups are a vertical pull, rows are a horizontal pull. You need to balance your movements.
You got horizontal push (bench press, etc) and pull ( bendt over rows, cable rows, etc)
and you got vertical push (military press, push press, etc) and pull (chinups, pullups, lat pulldowns, etc.)

There should atleast be as many pull as push in each category.

If you ditch the military press, replace the chinups with a row variation. Although i would keep the military and ditch the bench. You dont need to bench 3 times a week.

Don't you have to include every major muscle group in each workout for it to be a proper FBW? Therefore, keeping the bench.

BUT i'd happily drop the bench in that workout because i'd much rather do military press and chinup than bench and row :) Plus, if i ditched military press and chinup none of my workouts would have any vertical pulling or pushing, but my question still concerns me.
