lunges

is it ok to do a set of squat and lunges exercise 4 times a day. Will it really tone my thighs and butts so that extra flabs can be shredded off? :rolleyes:

It doesn't matter how many lunges you do if you don't eat a clean diet. Cardio is also good to get rid of excess fat.

Also, you don't want to over do it w/ the lunges - not allowing your muscles to recover will lead to overtraining. You only need to work your legs 2-3 times per week. Any more will only hinder your progress.
