Ok i have been on this diet (well changing the way i eat) for neally two weeks now.

Am finding it ok, never that hungry really. Although it is strange to feel real hunger now and again....whats that all about lol

I have lost 3lb in my first week and its given me the motivation so far to keep going.

I have been to a wedding for these past two days and had to be very carefull what i eat, although i wasnt a total angel :eek:

Oh well my guilt will keep me going.

So determined to do this!

Will update daily :D

Welcome to your diary by the way....
I think pre-diet we feel hungry just because our body wants more food. Later after your diet your stomach feels about as small as it can but over all its a good feeling.......
 
Well, im doing quite well i think.

I have a cold so cant taste anything anyway lol

I keep forgetting breakfast :mad:
 
Yeah, I don't think that the hunger lasts long - eating plenty of fibre, vegetables, fruit etc - and drinking plenty of water usually sorts that out. I never really felt a lot of physical hunger when I was cutting, but I was having high fibre breakfast, and eating lots of salads - oh, and often, so it wasn't really a problem. Its the mental cravings that are often hard to deal with at first - especially late in the day.
