So I have been progressing well in my lifting, but i have come up with a problem. My butt is legitimately getting too big and its getting really annoying. All the lifts ive been doing, front and back squats, deads and rdls, lunges and so on have all added to this. Any ideas on good lifts that don't hit the glutes too much, or am I just going to have to deal with this?
