lower body lifting

So I have been progressing well in my lifting, but i have come up with a problem. My butt is legitimately getting too big and its getting really annoying. All the lifts ive been doing, front and back squats, deads and rdls, lunges and so on have all added to this. Any ideas on good lifts that don't hit the glutes too much, or am I just going to have to deal with this?

I know I say it a helluva' lot, but there's a reason for it! TONS of people walk around with anterior pelvic tilt and they don't even know about it!

hmm that may be part of the issue... i know for sure my butt is big but that might be adding to it. I'll take a pic later so you guys can see if thats what it is/ marvel at its beauty.
 
you know it is really called anterior femural glide, you just think you're so smart moving anterior to the front position making it have a funny acronyme! :D

Nope its femoral lol. Its just a loophole in the english language Karks. Yea it sucks big time, mine is getting better though.
 
wonder if they'd run faster if they didn't have one..

and femur - femoral.. that sucks. who the heck came up with that?
 
well ass is good. If it's muscle, there's not much you can do to get rid of it unless you want to lose muscle all over your body.
