Lower body/Cycling question

If I am aggressively mountain biking 3-4 times a week for about 2 hours, should I cut out working my legs? The cycling involves lots of up and down, pushing and pulling.
Maybe for my lower body I should cut quads/hams/calves and just do Glutes or should I cut that too? I don't want to over work myself.
Anyway I'm not looking to bulk up too much, mostly muscle gain for added fat loss but I do still want complete body strength and tone.
Any suggestions would really help, thanks all!!!!

I'd focus less on quad-dominant exercises like squats, leg presses and leg extensions and instead focus on the posterior chain (hips, low back, glutes, and hamstrings) with exercises like deadlifts, good mornings and dumbell swings. Most people are weak in the posterior chain anyway, so it would be good to emphasize this area for awhile and your quads and calves are probably getting ample work with all the pedaling you do.
