I saw a creepy topic about the upper abs being underdeveloped compared to the lower which is weird...
i have a problem where the lower two abdominals need defining more, i have a six pack if i tense my stomach but unflexed...it's poop
anybody got any suggestions on intense exercises to target the lower abs?
Currently all i do are sit ups and leg raises three times per week and i dont have a set amount, i just increase when im up for it and not as much when I'm tired...I have a six pack but dont put much effort into it...just lucky really
