Lower Ab Help/Advise

I have been on a cutting diet of 1250 calories for about a month and a half now, and I am been doing several ab exercises, (Ab crunches, Russian Twists, Leg Lifts, Hanging Leg Lifts, Reverse Crunch on Exercise Ball), along with weights, and long cardio+sprints. I can see my top two sets of abs when I flex, and a little when I'm not flexing. I would like to know what I need to do to get the top abs to show more and the bottom abs to show all together. Do I need to up my calorie intake, such as eating an extra bowl of oatmeal in the morning? and then do different ab exercises? I have am thinking about getting a medicine ball and working with a partner and an exercise ball doing crunch tosses, will this help, or bassically what will?

Thanks,
Brandan

Your rectis abdominis (abs muscles) is reallt just one muscle. So you cant work just the upper or just the lower parts of your abs.

I must admit that after bulking I have not had my abs show for a year, but I would advise stickinh with 2 sets of hanging legs lifts, 2 sets of swiss ball sit ups as well as upper and lower wood choppers has always been enough on the exercise front. Other than that its all down to your diet.

there is a 6pack section in the FAQ.

thats some extreme cutting. half the reccomended daily calorie intake for a man.

i'd advise to eat more but eat clean.
