Low carb High Protein Diet

Hi,

I have recently started a low carb high protein diet. Its broken into 6 x small meals a day. I'm currently 138lbs, 5 foot 2 - I'm looking to get down to 123lbs. I workout 5 x times a week.

This is my diet:

Breakfast: Porridge (oats), rice milk, milled seeds, wheat germ, blueberries
Snack: apple
Dinner: Salmon stirfry, steamed broccoli & spinach, pasta sauce (3 tbsp)
Snack: 1 x kiwi, 1 x satsuma
Snack: (before workout): 3 x Ryvita with cottage cheese & cherry tomatoes
Snack (after workout): Protein Shake, greek yoghurt, blueberries, satsuma
Drinks: 2ltr water (with a dash of squash) & 4 x green teas.

Everything on this menu fills me up so not looking to add in rice, potatoes or pasta as I find that I tend to put on weight when I eat these. It works out to around 1277 calories per day.

If you think I need to substitute or take away foods from this diet please let me know or any advice I would really appreciate. Thanks very much :)
