Low Carb and HIIT

Does anyone here have experience with a low carb diet in conjunction with HIIT?
Theoretically a low carb diet should accentuate and increase your results, since the minimal carb intake already puts your body into a Ketosis/Lypolysis state.

I would think, however, that a possible major drawback is that it might be overdoing it, and that you may begin to burn protein (muscle) instead.

just take some of your carbs and protein pre workout:cool: :D

I'm not a big fan of low carb diets. I agree that you need to lower carbs if trying to lose bodyfat however I wouldn't lower the ratio below 25-30%.
In my opinion I would keep the ratio at 40/30/30 protein, carb. fat.
Just make sure all the carbs are good complex carbs. Your muscles need the carbs to replinish themselves.
