i have been battling with love handles for about 2 years now. you know, that little bit of fat that hangs over the side of your jeans and makes you extremely self conscious. any advice on how get rid of this is greatly appreciated

kaleigh said:Side crunches may strengthen the obliques, but they won't cause the fat to go away. Only cardio/diet will do that.
