Hi all

I lost nearly 18 kgs, but I am now a the high range in the healthy BMI level. the ideal range should be 45 to 60 kg. I am 156 cm

I weighed 60 kg 2 weeks back and now..61 kg..how..did that happen..I guess I over indulged..bt I am starting back my routine.

Is there a different way of dieting and exercising now that I reached the BMI so that I lose faster. I m hoping to lose another 6 to 8 kg, my face remains chubby...arghhhhhhhh..help

First of all congratulations on losing weight, I am not familiar with kgs, I work in pounds but either way congrats.

I am not sure what you have been eating or what type of exercises you are doing so I can't really give you any advise on how to speed things up really.

Your slight weight gain could be a number of things, such as water retention, muscle gain or if you have over indulged then that too.

I am speaking from my experience but as you get smaller and closer to your healthy weight, it does slow down, If it is at all possible push yourself more on your workout(I am not saying over do it or anything) but just try and push that little bit more, or maybe look at adjusting your calorie intake.

Whatever it is you have done has clearly worked so well done you should be proud of yourself

As for the chubby face, unfortunately we can't really choose where the weight comes off from, I want my thighs to go but its my boobs that just keep on shrinking haha!

Don't beat yourself up to much as you have achieved a great weight loss and you will get to your goal, just stay focused.
