Lost-Teen is unsuccessful

Hi everyone, i'm new to this website.

I'm trying to lose 20lbs by the end of March (That's 36 days). It's probably impossible but I know I can achieve it.

I weigh 10st 4lbs at the moment (144lbs)
Aiming for - 8st 12lb (124lbs)

My height is 5'2 (short)

Hopefully i'll lose 3lbs every week to reach my goal.

I'll keep you updated :)

it's really good that you're taking the steps to get healthy, but 3lbs a week, well i don't think its recommendable, and even if you do manage to lose all of that in such a short period, chances are you will gain it back pretty quickly. You need your body to adjust to the weight loss, even if that means that it will take longer. i think you should aim for 1-2 lbs a week.. But hey, you sound super motivated, so hats off to you!

I agree that your goal is a little ambitious, much better take 2 months instead of 1 and do it healthily (think about it, your current goal is more than 1/2 pound a day, you're gonna be hungry and feel like crap, which kinda undermines the whole point of losing weight!). That said best of luck in losing weight, you actually have the exact same current and goal weights as me :) You sound quite motivated so I'm sure you'll do great :)
