hi...i just thought of sharing my side of story so that some one out there mite get benefited so i took out time to search for a forum n share it 
i m also a food lover and it is really hard to avoid food we love..but we can initially start of slowly by cutting of some quantity from what we eat i started of that way...
for example if i had a 500gms chiken il eat around 300gms...
i mean any thing we eating we can cut off little eliminating helps a lot...
so i started off by this way i slowly elminiated little by little quantity...
then i had to see right food intake....every one knows that i dont need to go in for detials about tat
excluded things>>>>junk foods like sodas,chips,chocolates,biscuits,cakes all those mostly every one knows what junk food is so i gues no need to tell in detail
Then i knew without some work out things wont chnage and here is the MOST IMPORTANT PART
i had a SKIPPING ROPE AT MY HOME i took it started off with doing like 300 skips/per day
this can be done easily at home because i dint get time to go work out at gym because my schedule is really tight..
so intinally it was hard to do like 200-300 skips coz we are not use to it....but once u get a grip u wil do good....
so i started doing this for week...and i use to increase it and do as fast as i could...
i started of doing like 500/day
i know for many who are new to ropes it mite be hard but if u get good grip its so easy work out from home....
so start it slowly and gradually when u get good grip on it u can increase ur skips as per ur wish...i got to 500/800 skips in first week...and second week i started doing 1000...
but imporatnt thing is that we shold take as lesser time as possible i mean in begening when ur new its okey to take mroe time but once ur used to it try to do as fast...
then i did around 1000 in around 7 mins...this is jst the workout i did in whole day...
now for food i had manythings to keep in mind
i just took care i had around 1000-1200 calories a day
4-5 litres of water/day
when wake up have some almonds
but now i was looking for good plan for my food ....so before i just use to have tea as breakfast.. it meant that i was always empty stomach...
so now i started with a apple every day...and i even had tea yea but i reduced the sugar in the tea...
my lunch is always skipped because i dont get time but u guys can inculde some veggies plus salads...
dinner i use to have any vegetables what every is at home i have that ...
and manytimes i even have chiken and fish...
i never ate any junk food for nearly a month...
the food part is over because i just use to have vegetables, fish or chicken i ate nothing more apart from this for like one month...
but yes i even on other hand was skipping ropes for starting two weeks i never took rest or off day from skipping ropes...
it was most easy home excersise we all have lack of time schedule these days...
but i increased as time went by and at end of first month i was doing around 1500 skips...
and apart from that i was little active in means of sitting ...when ever i wanted to see tv i use to walk around n watch...
using my pc i use to stand many times n work on it.... this are some small things i use to do... and when i had to go to a shop to get some stuff i never took my motor bike...insteased i walk down there..
but i feel skiping rope really helped a lot in the first month i was more active flexible than before and i could feel i had more of engery...
so first month went off and same way second month....
just i did one thing that was i incraused my skips per day per week.. in second month i could do 2500/3000 skips...
or 20 mins of it
so hopefully those who dont get time to go gym and those who feel shy to go gym can take this excersise as n advantage and it really helped a lot...
i weighted around 70kgs waist 34
now i weight like 58kgs.. waist 29-30
my height is 5"9
and ive one more thing to tell i play soccer/football and i never lose such weight even while i use to run/jog during our warm up sessions...i use to run for about 4kms a day tat time also i never lost such weight ...
and another imporatnt thing is the food its good if we can have little control on food its hard for one week but when u stay foccused u wil evetually start forgeting about it and im not lying about it...
and u wil start being satisfied in the little food u eat.
