hello, i have allows ignored my way for years. I started off on October 29 weighing in at 279, now here we are December 7 and I weigh Close to 237. I have been taking garcinia every morning. For breakfast I have an egg omelette then for lunch I have a lowfat turkey sandwich that's under 200 cal and then for dinner I have grilled chicken every night and some white rice, I'm juet wondering is this healthy and well I still lose weight

I'm just wondering is this healthy and well I still lose weight

No it´s not and you won´t. Losing too much weight too fast kills your basic metabolic rate, leading to weight gain in the long run. Garcinia is a scam which doesn´t do anything measurable for weightloss and hasn´t been proven to even be safe to take long-term. You´re not eating anywhere near enough to sustain your normal bodily functions and you´re not having any fruit or veg. But apart from that: in order to lose a pound a day you have to have a 3500 kcal/day deficit. The average adult male burns around 2500 kcal/day. You eat around 1000 kcal/day, which means you have a 1500 kcal/day deficit before exercise. You´d have to do 3-4 hours of intense exercising to achieve what you claim to be achieving. So I think you´re either deceiving yourself or trying to deceive us.

Well I do eat a banana for snack and veggies with my dinner, I work 8 hours on my Feet doing apt of walking and moving around. I consume around 1500 calories.

I´m sorry if I sounded rude in my first comment; I really just assumed you were here to advertise. 1500 kcal/day is still not enough to maintain a healthy adult guy in the long run (longer than two weeks or so), especially if you´re on your feet 8 hours a day. The tl;dr version of my comment is: 3500 kcal of deficit a day is not healthy. You´re not giving your body what it needs to function properly, repair the normal damages of the day and keep your resistance up and running. Plus it means that your body panics and will do everything in its power to regain the weight as soon as you start eating normal, healthy amounts again. Which is why I would advise you to get off the supplements and start eating healthy, balanced meals with something like 2000 kcal/day. Progress will be slower but it will also be a lot more sustainable. Best of luck on your journey!

I will try to add more to my diet, reason why I ate what I ate was because It keeps me full all day. Thank you
