Hi everyone!
I am new to this forum but...i just wanted to share my success story and let you guys know how I did it, so hopefully you can take my advice and replicate my success.
I did two simple things....I slightly altered my diet and I started taking a weight loss product that actually showed me results.
Here are some examples of the diet changes:
Breakfast – Scale back ever so slightly at breakfast time by using skim milk instead of the calorie packing creamers in your coffee. You like cereal for breakfast? Mix in some high fiber cereal in your breakfast and you will notice that it will help you take in less calories the rest of the day.
Lunch – Cut some calories out at lunch, too, by asking for barbecue sauce, and not honey mustard, on your chicken sandwich at the drive through. Can’t do without a soda? Then grab a child size, 12 ounce soda instead of the monster 20 plus one. Go one better, actually. Grab a water instead. Water still tastes pretty good. It’s winter time and you love chili. Well, skip the crackers and cheese toppings. The same goes for that burger. Get it without the cheese. Your arteries will thank you for it.
Dinner – You love pizza. Who doesn’t? How about grabbing the thin crust instead of the thick or deep dish? Don’t cheat by just eating twice as many slices. Don’t throw away the evidence, either. Studies show that seeing what you are eating can actually help you eat less. So, don’t toss out the bones when you’re throwing down those ribs or chicken.
Snacks – I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. Next time, when you are screaming for it, grab the sugar cone instead of the waffle. Furhtermore, did you know a slice of angel food cake drizzled with chocolate is actually less in calories than three cookies?
I came across a great health website that has made a very honest name for itself. I got my weight loss product from there.. heres the URL: NO LINK , there is info on it there.
