lost 26 pounds, still4 lbs away from my goal

with intense cardio and my usual workout routine, ime finally getting to my goal, im starting to get some definition in my abs and im so happy about it! i just need to keep this beat on for two weeks and ill be at my goal, then i will focus on strenght training and reduce my cardio a bit
 
havent posted in a while since i had a down, but now im back on track with more will than ever, at 174 lbs! its a total weight loss of 31 pounds! gratz to myself :) ive been trying an interval jok/walk routine and its working wonders
