Losing weight...

Hi im trying to lose some weight by dieting. So far i eat about 2 small meals and a couple of small snacks between the day.I have cut carbs from most of my meals. I lift weights daily and run twice a week. Is there anything else i should be doing to make this diet processing speed up?
 
I would make sure you're getting nutrients you need through supplements, and cut down on carbs and take only necessary amounts of carbs. My sister went on a crazy diet without getting all her nutrients and she's paying for it now with all sorts of deficiencies.
