Okaay, I just registered here just to say/ask this.
Im an 18 years old guy. I am an obese.102kg/224lbs.
At December 2010, I started jogging an hour a day (a total of a really fast 50-minute walk and 10mins run without a break.) and I only eat breakfast and dinner and NO I do not overeat, I only eat a normal portions and I am not feeling hungry throughout the day. I've been doing that for 3 months but I am not losing any weight. After 3 months of no success, I gave up and I started overeating and sleeping all day not caring for my weight.. but then this month, I didn't lost any weight BUT I LOOKED SLIMMER! I lost visible inches. My friends and family even thought that I was secretly exercising but I'm actually not. I'm just doing the same old lazy things.
The sizes of my shirts/pants are now in Medium (it was Large/Extra Large before) And now I can't wear my old pants/shirts cause Its too big for me now.
Now here's the question, what is happening to me? Why am I getting slimmer and not losing weight? I am not exercising or anything? I overeat about twice a week and Im not on a diet anymore. I dont exercise... I really need an answer for this
