Losing weight so I can see my kids get old.

Well here I start.. back on another regimen of getting myself into shape and losing weight.. I know I dont have alot of weight to lose but its tough when your job is sitting on your butt all day answering call.

I have a bad heart, lifting weights (of any substantial amount) is out of the question.. So I am on a mission to improve my diet, improve my look, thin my mid-section and start living better that way I can live long enough to see my 3 kids get through school and marry.

I started back in Nov at 185lbs made it down to 149lbs and I'm now going back up :(



Here we go.

April 8th, 2009
weight 165lbs (deducting 4lbs for clothes and shoes)
height 5'7"
excersie routine.. NONE
diet.. whatever fills my stomach
pant size 33/30 (and getting tight)


Goal:
145lbs
30" waist


I am going to make it a plan to update this a minimum of every OTHER day with weigh in.
