I need some help with my exercise regiment. Currently I work out 5 days a week. I do cardio on the treadmill for 30 - 45 minutes on cardio days and everyother day I do the "circuit" which is 12 weight machines that give a full body weights workoutand then 20 mins of treadmill cardio. I started out at 300lbs and am 6'1" I am down to 250 lbs but when i look in the mirror its like my butt and stomach are not seeing the effects of the workout. My diet is lots of water some juice and some milk and I eat when I am hungry which is usually 3 times a day breakfast lunch and dinner. I am trying to figure out a way to lose another 30 to 40 pounds of fat quickly and get my "trouble areas" in to better shape. any advice would be very much appreciated. I was thinking of just switching to only cardio for a few weeks to see if that helps. please let me know what you think.
