losing tummy fat

hey all
just woundering if anyone has a program that would help me lose fat around the tummy. For example how long i should run for and so on

Lets start with your diet? what are you eating that's causing you to have belly fat?

90% of developing a washboard stomach happens in the kitchen with a good meal plan. the other 10% is just ab work...crunches, etc...boring stuff anyone can do fairly correctly.
 
How long CAN you run for? How long can you eat good for? How long can you workout for? How long do you think you have before your patience runs out with your workouts?

Your answer will never be clear because we are all different and repsond differently to exercise. Try you hardest and don't look for the easiest route...run as long as your can and eat good. You will soon see changes.
 
Very good. I've been seeing real progress in my health as of late. I'm four weeks into quitting smoking, my leg strength has improved (getting out of the car is soooo much easier) and now that the LA seminar is over, Kevin Larrabee isn't as disruptive.:)
