Losing Reps, Somethign Wrong?

I started working out at the beginning of March. My goal is to get bigger for the next football season so im doing high weight less reps. I do chest/tri mon, back/bi tues, shoulder wed and leg thurs. i then take a day off. since last week i noticed i wasnt able to complete as many reps as the week before. i have been weatching my form more latlely, but idk if it oculd be that i tore something. its not in all excersises, just some. advice would be greatly appreciated
 
Your probably just fatigued, are you losing motivation? Most people start off with a hiss and a roar and taper off in the reps and weight a little, If you tore something you would know about it!
