hi there
from all the advice and suggestions presented (which is all good) the key word used is the word "new".
If we understand and come to a human realization, the word new means "fresh" that which is created and generrated.
If this word new is taken into the field of exercise and health, and applied to a change, you need to make it happen by bringing something new and fresh into the exercise and this might be a new attitude to every workout session. The exercise reamians the same but it will be the "exerciser" who makes this thing called exercise significant. Ask yourself, "am I exercise because it is important or because it is popular?" Do I do it for fitness to "fit in" society's pattern for living or for the health of my life?
If you have a dull mind, you have a insensitive brain that conditions a body to be lazy. You can try to go and exercise but if you only mimic the exercises their is no real connection. A person can "copy-cat" exercise movements but how can you duplicate good health". There could be soemthing missing in your exercise routine and it might be You.
If you truly wish to get back into your workouts, bring something new and fresh. Don't see your body as it was yesterday because with every new day, the body is very different. The human mind is the same because it wants to take charge (too much thinking about this and that) until it allows the heart to take part.
If you clearly understand your lack of motivation you will learn to bring in newness and freshness of new healthy energy because you won't be wasting energy fro the same old thinking.
Now to help with all this stuff I talked about, every breath you take in is never the same one. It is always new when you are aware of it. It would be unhealthy if was the same and your body would sooner or later let you know this before your mind does.
Don't take your body's health internally and externally for grant it. You only got one body sobe well and kind with it. No one can make you healthy and exercise is only as good from what it is you bring into it. Take it one breath and a time and then follow up with one step at a time
Alrighty, I do hope this might help in small way that may lead to bigger and better things for you and exercise!
That's it for now!
aloha
