Losing it in April (4.04.2011)

Since the beginning of January (the 10th) I lost 6.4 kg. The last 3 weeks I had some problems and I couldn't keep up with my diet, I ate a bunch of junk and sweets but that's enough. Now I am on the right track again. I want to keep my 3 days diet (3 days chicken, turkey, fish, 3 days low fat dairies, 3 days fruit and vegetables and so on) this month to see how it works this time (i was on this diet from the 10th of January till the 10th of February and I lost almost 5 kilos - it is said that this doesn't work multiple times, but I'll see.)
So .. wish me luck !
I'll update this diary everyday, or as often as I can . :willy_nilly:
 
Getting back on track asap is an important key. If this diet doesn't work, just go back to mixing those three things up into some nice recipes in a balanced way and continuing from there.
