Losers, 10 foods you should NEVER eat!

Great article. McDonalds chicken selects was one of my favorites when I frequently ate fast food  !!!

Its a shame that they put so much salt and extra fat in foods, I think it is totally unnecessary. Those foods are definitely not for a 1200 diet, that's for sure. But someone who burns 2500 cal/day can have one of those things once in a while without any effect. If you metabolize all the fat you eat, it does not have a chance of clogging arteries.

what a shame, i actually do enjoy a pot pie once or twice a year. not worth it though.

wow.. i almost fainted while i was reading :p i'm never eating chicken noodle soup again.

Thanks!

Some of those things my family does eat! I emailed it to my friends and family because that really was gross. I guess no more mcdonalds for the kids! That was really gross.

YEEGADS Wonderwoman!!!! Those are horrendous!!! I can honestly say I will NEVER touch THOSE again!!!! What a horrible thing to "do" to people!!! YUCK! Thank you for the info :D Thank you again :D (I'd keep goin' but I think you know I appreciate it LOL)

I'm going to add Chili's Quesadilla Explosion Salad to this list.

I had the for dinner the other night, only to find out the next day that it has 850 calories!

Its a good salad, but not *that* good. :p

Wow thank you so much for putting that article out there to read, i used to eat the chicken selects all the time thinking they weren't that bad for you, but know i can completely understand why i was gaining weight so fast...thank you so much for posting that

Wow.. thanks for posting that.
Geeze... never would've guessed some of that was THAT bad... specially the chicken soup.

I don't eat any of the other stuff though... but that chicken soup really surprised me.

Same with me - I never eat anything but the chicken soup but I guess I should have known - it's unbelievable the amount of sodium in foods these days, that's how they keep them fresh for so long, it's the processed foods - yesterday I ate really good and my sodium was STILL like 600 mg. That's not bad considering some of those item have more than that in them! Just have to stick to fresh foods and organic fruit and that and know that you can NEVER trust a fast food place to provide low-fat alternatives!

None of that really came as a surprise to me. Except the herb grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables at 530 calories really didn't seem all that bad to me, as long as its really big enough to be a COMPLETE meal in itself. Also the high sodium content of soup, if you're working out and sweating alot, the extra sodium probably won't kill you, as noone lives on soup alone.

Great article!!!!
Another surprise, NEVER EAT FROZEN BURRITOS!!!!
Those small burritos that come frozen in the 10 packs, (Reeser's not to mention names) Had to be one of my biggest surprises. I thought I was doing myself a favor only eating 1 little burrito~~ WHOAH
TONS of FAT, CALORIES, and SODIUM~
Watch out Bad things can come in small packages!!

I dont see a problem with the marie calender meal at all, 530 calories for one meal is quite low, and quite easy to fit into a 1500 cal a day diet.

I agree about the 530 calorie meal althought the fat could be a bit lower, its better to just eat fresh food anyway, I can always tell when I am eating to much prepared foods I don't feel as healthy. I also agree fresh foods are the way to go , the closer to how nature made something the better..

I had no idea about the evils of french fries, I confess. The rest of the things on that list I don't eat anyway. Still, it is good to know about the dangers out there.
