Losers, 10 foods you should NEVER eat!

thanks for sharing that article, it actually came to a surprise to me with some of them, but some didn't surprise me too much, it's sad.
 
Most foods out there are a word game on their labels. Other than diet foods most arent even listed as single servings. starbucks is ok as far as coffee, you just have to remember the fraps and others should really be considered as treats or desserts. back to the food, youll find most are loaded with sodium......
 
Although nearly all of the items on that list aren't in Australia, I guess a general guide is to avoid takeaway foods all together.
 
how depressing is that....if it were up to me i would live off of soup and sanwiches..... oh and the whole better than sex cheesecake from cheescake factory.... thank god its such a hassle to get there and then wait in line for hours on end to eat ro else i would probably eat more of it LOL

Sorry for the sex reference for those people who are a little less blunt about stuff.

Well I can say that I've only ever had three of the items off that list (B.K. fries, pot pie and the soup) but I can proudly say I haven't had any of those for a long long time!:)
 
Some more things to avoid

Throughout my weight loss I learned a few things.
Grapefruit and other acidic fruit make me hungry, and I've been told that some of that has to do with the sugar, especially if it not eaten with a good amount of protein,
Other things that I found made me want to climb in the cupboard? Chewing gum, aspartame, candy.

As to salt! My greatest enemy! I avoid it now like the plague.. I've read in here that you shouldn't weigh yourself too much, but I have been guilty of up to 10 times a day and through that, I can tell you .. salt holds a heck of a lot of water.. Even my fingers get bigger...

Here's a cure for those who love MCDonalds... Order your burger with NO SEASONING.. It takes a minute or two more... you see, they have to make one just for you because the ones waiting are just covered in salt. When you get it... it'll taste like you threw a little pattie of plain beef in your frying pan at home... That was all the difference was, and it was making you bloat... nice guys eh?

Thank you for starting THIS day with a smile and hope. I had one of the worst days yesterday (doctor visit) along with a wake-up call...228lbs and pressure 178/88. Been going thru all the emotions and finding this forum felt like finding new best friends immediately! So, my first question is, I've been "surfing" and am considering Pritikin...any comments? Thanks, penelope
 
Holy cow, I'm glad I live on an island devoid of fast food. Although I have had the marie calenders meal they spoke of...*shame shame*
 
i love french fries but i do mine baked in the oven now....all the grease in the fastfood ones make me cringe!!!
