Some more things to avoid
Throughout my weight loss I learned a few things.
Grapefruit and other acidic fruit make me hungry, and I've been told that some of that has to do with the sugar, especially if it not eaten with a good amount of protein,
Other things that I found made me want to climb in the cupboard? Chewing gum, aspartame, candy.
As to salt! My greatest enemy! I avoid it now like the plague.. I've read in here that you shouldn't weigh yourself too much, but I have been guilty of up to 10 times a day and through that, I can tell you .. salt holds a heck of a lot of water.. Even my fingers get bigger...
Here's a cure for those who love MCDonalds... Order your burger with NO SEASONING.. It takes a minute or two more... you see, they have to make one just for you because the ones waiting are just covered in salt. When you get it... it'll taste like you threw a little pattie of plain beef in your frying pan at home... That was all the difference was, and it was making you bloat... nice guys eh?
