i am having difficulty deciding whether i want to focus on losing weight or gaining muscle, because i need/want both...i havent been able to stay with a diet at all so im thinkin that i should eat somewhat like i always do, just with cutting out snacks, and drinkin protein shakes and eating high protein food...that sort of sounds like im changing the whole diet, but ill do this without the feeling that i am not allowed certain things, just the feelign of no restriction is better than most of the food i crave...i guess when i feel that i cant eat certain foods, i am more likely to crave them, which is probably something thats been said for ages...so switching to a high protein eating plan to mainly gain muscle and not focus as much on weight loss, good idea?
