Eating breakfast is definately something to get used to! If I had a couple of hours to kill, no problem eating a big breakfast. But that doesn't happen often, so what I usaully do: I wait till 20 minutes before I have to leave and then make a bowl of oatmeal and a smoothie. I eat the oatmeal, drink half of the smoothie and take the other half on the road with me and finish it up in the car. I REALLY don't like vegtables or fruit, so the trying to eat "healthy" is a big challenge. My biggest saving grace is the smoothie. I don't use any ice, its all fruit. I throw in some OJ/Pineapple juice, 1 banana, a bunch of strawberries and frozen cut up cantaluope (for the ice). It winds up coming out to 22 oz. The best thing about it also, is that I was told its NOT good to work out on a full stomach, it harder for the stomach to digest.. If you eat solid food, you should an hour before working out. If your "meal" was liquid, your OK, just don'y do it imediately before your work out. After working out I drink a slimfast and then I'm not starving by the time I can get some lunch.
But I have to agree, I eat more when I eat breakfast. Although I don't go crazy.
