Loosing wieght Attempt 1000!

i want to loose weight im severly overwieght for my age and hieght
I gave up coke for 4 days now
i walk home from college thats 3 miles per day 3 days a week 9miles a week
but my main problem now is food diet i cant buy dietry food i dont know shit about that any adivce
 
It's a start and that can go a long way. What's your height, age, weight, if you don't mind me asking? Depends on what kind of diet you want to go on. Some swear by juicing, other by calories, others by low-carbs, some by smoothies, etc... I'd recommend for basics - eggs, chicken, fish, grapefruit, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, cucumber. Really you could have anything but watch portion size and eat in moderation.
