Age 17It's a start and that can go a long way. What's your height, age, weight, if you don't mind me asking? Depends on what kind of diet you want to go on. Some swear by juicing, other by calories, others by low-carbs, some by smoothies, etc... I'd recommend for basics - eggs, chicken, fish, grapefruit, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, cucumber. Really you could have anything but watch portion size and eat in moderation.
