well i was 326-330ish when i started, im now about 160ish. I took a 6 month break for a while there and a LOT of the skin has started to finally shrink back. I expect i will need some removed by surgery but even ive been surprised and how much it has shrunk back already.
I remember reading somewhere..sorry i can't remember where, that if you do a lot of weight training while you are in the process of loosing weight especially in the stomach area that you will build muscle behind the layer of fat making the fat almost impossible to loose, is that true?

However, the truly weird part is that it only seems to be really hanging on (or should I say, down) on ONE leg! OMgosh it is so bizarre. I have lost about 55 lbs and still hope to lose another 20 to put me at 135 lbs on my 5'4" frame, so it is possible that I may yet lose all of the cottage cheese. Lord almighty, I sure do hope so.
I lost so many weight that now I have a problem with loose Skin on my arms, my legs & my stomach. It's not that bad, but still!
For the surgery, they want around 35 000$ here. SOOOO I looked in the Middle East and I got 7 000$ for the hole body + it's a Canadian Dr who's going to perform the surgery. I was just wondering if there are any extra things I can do before taking this decision
