There is a lot of logic in what the guy says, most people who talk about loose skin being something that happens and never goes away are talking about VERY overweight people or mature people, or people who dont eat right nor excersice to burn the fat, they never talk about young people, I'm 18, lost weight, and I -am- "soft" as you can read in my first post, but it -does- seems and feels like there is still fat in there, it doesn't hangs, it's just not as tight as it should, so it makes sence that if you burn the fat in there and work out enough, and eat the right things, it can go away, the body has a lot of plasticity, I think the actual problem is to know what's the right thing to do to burn fat or the right excersices for these areas, I think it would be really illogic if an 18 years old who wasnt even THAT fat wouldbe left with "loose" skin after doing excersice and eating well.
