Looking to tone up...

August, 2006

I've lost about 30 lbs since December of 05. I am looking to stay the weight i am now, but tone up (especially my arms and abs). Tips will be much appreciated. I will be posting pics of my progress as often as possible.

I just got the New Rules of Lifting, and read the whole thing in a day. I've started the break-in workouts, and am looking to head into fat-loss 2 in about three weeks. Depending on how I look/feel after the fat loss, i might switch to hypertrophy programs... any ideas??

Nice job on your success so far! Looking good, you're doing a great job. Awesome on the books, I've heard New Rules of Lifting being thrown around alot here. Good luck on your goals :)
