Im 16 (female), 5'3 and weigh 139 llbs. I'm looking to lose at least 20 pounds this summer or maybe even 25-30.
I have been exercising every day, 45 minutes to an hour on weekends and about an hour and a half on weekdays.
I've been eating around 1300-1500 calories a day and drink a reasonable amount of milk and water (but should probably drink them more). I have cut out most carb foods and try to eat consume protein/meat every day along with fruits and veggies.
I am wondering if I stay consistent with my exercise and diet if my goal is achievable and what other tips/advice you have for reaching my goal.
