Looking good for the summer...

Hey Guys

I was just hoping that someone out there will be able to help give me and many others some advice on how to look good for the summer coming up!

Currently i weigh in about 13 stone at 6foot and have already been on a fitness routine for 7 weeks and hoping for your opinion on it. Im consuming roughly around 1600 calories a day and in terms of supplements ive got xenadrine (twice a day) and whey protein drink (3 times a day). My aim is to lose weight and then hopefully put on muscle, running 5k 3 times a week with a days break in between which is used for weights.

My main problem which i want to overcome is 'man boobs' :eek: , obviously i know it could be breast tissue but my hope is taht its just excess body fat hence why i want to look good for the summer! Any ideas on how to get rid of these? Weight training or CV? Would really appreciate the advice on my nutrition and what to do, cheers!
