I've recently had to cancel my gym membership because i needed the money to prepare for an upcoming college course. I'm trying to train @ home as much as possible but I don't have space for my weights (they're in storage @ my father's).
Any suggestions for strength exercises besides crunches, pushups and chinups? I'm hoping for a total body workout that doesn't involve weights (unless someone can suggest household items to substitute for weights
