Hello, I am new to this forum and i hope to find some help here.
For a start I am 195cm and 69kg. As you can see I need some training routine and food that will raise my weight. My goal is to raise my weight to 80kg by the end of this year. I think I should mention that I do not have possibility to go to an gym so training for me should be based on things that I can do in and around my house.
Also I am a smoker, I smoke about half of pack a day.
I know I am a big challenge for every trainer but I hope someone likes challenge.
