Looking for good kickboxing tapes

Hello,

I am a sahm of 3 and new here. I wanted some advice on exercising videos. I have noticed that the kickboxing/tae bo exercise videos are pretty popular. Does anyone have any experience with them? What tapes do you use? What do you like or don't like about them. I haven't worked out in a really long time so I would probably need beginner tapes. Thanks so much.

I do the original advanced Tae-bo tape a once or twice a week when I can't get out to run. It a fast paced cardio workout, with a toning section at the end. I don't think you'd be disappointed.

I got the original 3 Tae-Bo tapes at a Goodwill (thrift shop) for a total of $6. Back in the day like 5 years ago, my girlfriend at the time bought the set with me and we split the cost....we swapped tapes every week or so to get some variety...but I let her have em when we broke up. Anyway they are good tapes. Better than most tapes I've seen or downloaded.

I have Tae Bo Cardio and Flex both 2003 and

a Denise Austin Video called Blast away 10lbs. I love all the tapes. Just because Denise Austin is a woman doesn't mean she won't bust your butt she packs 2 good 20 minute high impact workouts on 1 tape. 1 is kickboxing the other is interval which is mostly kickboxing with some dumbell training mixed in. I started off doing that and lost about 15 lbs in 1 1/2 months. I liked it so much I had to get the Tae Bo tapes and I love them too! I've only had them for about 2 weeks now and I've lost another 7lbs. I'm down to 210 from 232 in just 2 months time. Once I got used to doing them I just doubled up. Like I'll do 1 Austin workout in the morning and 1 Tae Bo workout at lunch time . And on some days I'll do both Austin workouts and then do, both Tae Bo tapes the next day. If I can find the time I also try to lift some weights which I'm taking a new approach to that, I used to try to power lift to get stronger but now I'm using like 1/2 or less of what I can max and I'm just keeping my butt moving for 30 minutes straight. Denise Austin also has another video called kickboxing I haven't tried yet.
