i am 18, 125lb, 5'7
i just joined this forum after reading some of your topics, i thought you could help me (hopefuly) with some advice i would like for personal training. i barely have time to work out at home, therefore i couldn't afford going to the gym, but i would like to have a scheduled and organized session at home to maintain my body in shape. my "goal"... which i'm not sure of in specific terms, but just looking forward to feel more energetic and strong, as well as get a little bigger-natural looking. i don't know much of terms for exercises and such, so i hope to learn some from you.
i have two 20lb, and 2 10lb dumbells. i have worked with them several times, but i lose the consistency and i am aware of its importance. the thing is a get tired very easily and i am not sure if i'm trying to do too many things at once. not only i would like to work my upper body but anything i could here at home.

i would be thankful for any advice or reply, of if you wanna have a chat to guide me down i would appreciate it. thanks in advance.
