Hey, I've been working out for about 3 years. I've been so busy with school/work/everything else lately and have went about 2 months without working out at all!!! I know, I know dumb move right. Here is the thing I just moved away to start college and i'm looking for some advice. I'm 21 years old, around 5'8"/5'9", between 160-175 lbs. I really don't have any body fat on my body. If any a little around the sides of my stomach. I have pretty good defination, guessing it's from when i use to workout. I have still got some defination in my chest, and some in my stomach/back/legs. I'm really looking to build some muscle mass in my arms/chest/and a little in my back. I also want to get cut, "muscle defination". Looking to improve muscle mass in my chest/back/arms and get cut in my chest/back/arms/and expecially in my stomach. Really want to get my abs well defined. I just recently joined a gym near my house. It's really busy at the gym and the personal trainers are always busy and cost an arm and a leg. Really looking for some good advice from some of you. I'm a bit of a morning person so it would be no problem for me to get up early to workout. When i use to work out about 3 years ago i would start off first with running a mile or so and then doing some weights, "machines and free weights". Guess what i'm asking from you is what would be the best things for me to do as far as building muscle mass and getting cut. Would it be better for me to build muscle mass and then get cut? Not sure, Please help. Maybe some advice for a scheduled workout Monday-Friday that i could do. I'm really devoted to working out and would stick to the schedule. What should i do about a diet while trying to build my mass and get cut at the same time? What should and shouldn't i be eatting. Please let me know if you can offer any advice that would help.

Get to gym, stretch
Run anywhere from a mile to a mile and a half
Take about a 10 minute break
Do about 50 to 100 crunches/side crunches
Work chest - machine bench press/machine incline/machine decline
Work arms - machine/free weight curls, machine/free weight reverse curls
Some back exercises
Some sholder surggs
Work legs - leg press, calf extensions
Please help with advice for my new goal of getting more muscle mass in chest,arms,back and getting cut in my chest,arms,back,stomach "abs"
