lookin to tone up

ok well i use to weight like 275lbs and im 6'2 at my last job i use to move alot (telecommunication) i lost like 45lbs. ever since i stopped workin my old job im gaining the weight back and fast. . .

but what gets me is i was never on a diet and i really didnt watch what i eat all i really did was stop eating at outrageous times i wouldnt eat after 7pm and thats about it. i guess i use to burn it all off at work

now im ganing it all back and fast

i dont really want to lose alot i just wanna look lean at a good weight not to skinny and not flabby. . . i use to play football and i would love to look into getti into it again so what im lookin for would be mostly a football body frame
 
The answer seems simple -- get up and moving and eat right. But I guess you're probably looking for more than that. My advice would be to find an exercise that you enjoy, so you'll be more likely to stick with it. Cut out the junk food, and you're on your way!
