Lookin' good enough for the beach?

Well, been running bassically for two months solid doing about 2 miles back and forth for the time being. Weight loss hasn't ensued but my waste shrunk 2 sizes, which matters. I have been to the gym a few times and people tell me I have the right frame to get some bulk and could cut down fairly easily (dunno if they are humoring me or not :D) Let me know what you guys think.

Lots of work on this ****. Currently have a job as a model. After 6 months of running religiously for at least an hour and at least 2 miles, and swimming one mile in the ocean every morning. I hope I have cracked it. Leave your comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So a lot has changed over time and I basically decided to bulk up, got tired of just being mildly skinny. Funny because although I'm 195 now

Good progress, 10less.

I don't know any good threads for that off the top of my head, but get plenty of lean meat in your diet, eggs nuts and dairy according to macros, get your 5 serves of fruit and veg and a good multivitamin. Limit your consumption of trans fats and highly processed foods, minimise your frequency of trips towards McDonald's. You know, generally common-sense eating.
