Long Time NO Post!

Hey I used to come here a lot in the summer, been real busy ever since then so I had no time really to even make a single post, real sad yes.

Anyway I started at 350lbs last year, when I posted here in Summer I was 240 to 250 lbs and now I am at 200lbs, might even be a few pounds under. :)

My biggest goal now losing body fat, not just weight. I am down to a reasonable weight but have lots of fat to try to still get off.

Anyway heres a old pic I found, just face shots sorry, compared to me now.

not much of a big difference in the face I think.

Thanks, I am still far from my goal, I thought 200lbs I would be happy, but I was wrong. I still have lots of fat to lose, I guess thats the work after you lose lots of weight.

Anyway here another pic, not just my face, I will try to post a old pic of me at 350lbs, I was huge.

if you want to lose 120 or een 150lbs in 1 year, do 1 hour of cardio everyday, well dont start off at 1 hour for your first month do atleast 30mins or 25 mins and slowly move up.

I did that for 1 year from September 2005 to Now and I am at 200lbs or so. Also eat 1500 calories a day no more, since your a girl maybe 1200 and drink lots of water.

Also I have to admit, I did eat subs every day almost from subway lol, subway diet. I rarely ate any junk also and no pop.

Its not impossible, its more mental then anything.

I still have to start a heavy cycle of weight training now to lose any flab I have, tone up more. I still have too much body fat %.
 
I can see a definate change in the face... well done, big achievement.

I know what you mean about the weight/image thing, I have a goal weight in mind but I may need to lose a little more or less than that in reality -I need to wait and see how I look and feel at the time. Your actual weight is just a number on a scale at the end of the day, you need to find where you feel comfortable.
 
Hey nem long time no talk, I am still doing cardio, but I am about to start a hardcore weight lifting plan, I am not happy with my stomach area still.

My body fat must be high, I will get it measured at a gym soon.

Anyway hows it going with you?
 
im doing good, doing cardio too, well started again, exams made me top for about 3 weeks, but its all good. i wanna be under 200 in about 2-3 months.. but i think I should start weight training soon?

Nemesis my 1 friend told me to start weight training and he knows his stuff, he was a goalie in the ohl and he has like a crazy body, 7% body fat on it.

Anyway he is telling me to still do my 1 hour of cardio but also 1 hour of a weight program he is going to tell me to use. Also for diet I have to avoid white rice which I still eat sometimes, He also told me to eat lots and lots of tuna, well he is helping me out when he comes back from his trip.
 
I am always suprised at how much someone's face changes when they lose weight. I never thought there was a lot of fat in the face to actually change how it looks. You are a very inspirational person! I can't wait to see what my own face looks like. Keep up the good work!

If anything just remember it takes time. I always said to myself I never got so big over night and I wont get in good shape over night. I still have ways to go before I am happy with my body but thanks everyone.
 
Hey crap I been idle again on the forums, anyway still doing good, same weight 180, Don't plan to get thinner, just toning up and weight training. :)

Nice to see lots of new members.
