LKRose's Exercise Diary

My first day on this forum. Just trying to keep myself motivated. I wouldn't say I'm overweight, I just have more bodyfat then I would personally like. My friend and I started our exercise program Monday, October 8th. We are doing Billy Blanks Basic Boot Camp (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and Billys Ab Boot Camp (Tuesday & Thursdays). So today is the 2nd day, I'm a little sore from yesterday but feeling really energetic. We are going to do this for 6 weeks and then change it up.

My current weight is 142, I'd like to get down to 130 pounds. I'm 5'5, so I don't look too bad, but I carry my weight in my thighs, and a wee little bit in my tummy and bottom. My body is 2 different sizes! I'm a small on top, and a medium on the bottom. I just want to be a little more balanced and not so pear like.

Well I'm off to clean the house, that should burn a few more calories.....
