I am 24 yrs old, 5'8, 260lbs right now 8/20/07. I am very unhappy with my body and would really like more of fulfilling happy life. I would like to loose around 120 pounds. To begin this life change, i am going to work out at the gym 3-4 times a week for at least 45min and also start out gradually reducing my caloric intake, untill i can handle a strict diet without feeling deprived. I think i am going to set small goals.
1. one week of going to the gym and eating healthy, no sweets or desserts.
2. by christmas, gw of 200-215
I am going to start tomorrow morning, and by this time next year I will be a completley different person, living and enjoying my life.
