Little Miss 100%

The last two day have been right on target! No cheats whatsoever! Yesterday was a super busy day. My girls school has a Bingo night and the proceeds go directly to the the classrooms. So it was 2nd grade bingo night. I volunteer whenever I can. They put me in the BAKE SALE....whaaaaatttttt? you gotta be effin' kidding right??? I stood behind the table for 3 HOURS..smelling and serving baked good....browines, cookies, lemon bars, cupcakes...if it's baked and sweet it was there! Good News is we made lots of money for the classrooms! This is half way through after selling a TON!

Not a nibble, not a bite, not a lick, not a pinch... N.O.T.H.I.N.G.!!! And because we had some left overs, I was told to take anything I wanted home for working the night. I said "No thank you" very polietly and my daughters about had a conniption fit!

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Raw juice - Spinach, 4 celery, 2 green apple, 1/2 cucumber and parsley

Lunch: Spinach Salad with baked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber and one tbsp. of light ranch

Dinner: Raw juice - Orange, pear, apple, celery, carrot

Snack - Some left over chicken

Coconut water and 2 liters of fresh water.

Weighed the same this morning. TOM...what can I say

My girls have tracked off from school. We are on year round school, so we have this the next 4 weeks off. I won't be on as much, maybe to weigh-in once a week. I will try and stay strong in my food choices!! It's alot harder when they are home all day long, but it can be done!

That's the SPIRIT! It's all what you need to be determined...a strong driving force within you! :) Go everyone!

AIf how you've done so far is any indication, you'll kill it for the next four weeks, even with the kids home! Stay strong, it'll be so worth it in the end!

Thanks for the encouragment Laura!! I so needed that right now ;)

Saturday mornings are weigh-in day. Stepped on the scale to show 166.4!! So glad it's moving down. The girls being home hasn't be to hard **YET**...see shall see in the next weeks to come.

Walked yesterday for 2 miles at about 3.5 -4.0 mph, very brisk pace and did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. My knee has been bothering me. Went to the doctor and they did an X-ray that didn't show anything. So now I have to have an MRI. But if I don't run or do squats, it really is okay.So I"ll just keep pushing for now.
