I can't try to match him, but it's like, subconscious. And I thought he ate well, but it turns out he eats a lot more sugary, processed foods than I thought--here come the lectures Hey there buddy, thanks for visiting me! So that is GREAT news about the walk. I was just reading this morning in my magazine about the release of growth hormone during 30 minutes of exercise at a certain level (hint: get your butt on that bike of yours since that's nice n low impact) which HELP METABOLIZE FAT. So you're burning calories not just from eating in a deficit or from actually burning cals while exercising, but also from the hormones that come around when you're exercising, which increase fat burning. So hopefully that just motivated ya hehe. Good job on getting rid of the soda (we never use "pop" around the northeast LOL), yes you must be experiencing major caffeine withdrawals. My thin H used to drink a liter of Pepsi per day but his unhealthy eating self even stopped on his own because he says he feels like shit after drinking it. So now he just drinks other sugary drinks instead HAHA. Take care sweetie.
Wow, your calorie configurations are exhausting in and unto themselves!
GOOD FOR YOU FOR TRYING TO GIVE UP SODA!!!!![]()
If I had a husband, I could totally see him unintentionally being an obstacle to weight loss. When I hang out with my boyfriend, I actually have to catch myself and not eat like he does--because he's 6'3" and 185 lbs!I can't try to match him, but it's like, subconscious. And I thought he ate well, but it turns out he eats a lot more sugary, processed foods than I thought--here come the lectures

LOL! Sorry you're fatigued lately but you're actually doing great, recording your feelings and trying so hard. It's always when we give up is when the weight comes creeping up--struggling at least usually means maintaining, and a lot of weight loss, I believe, is "learning to live with momentary lapses of maintenance."
HUGS! Have a great Humpday![]()
