liquor/beer..

one drink a day is supposed to be good for your brain, but apart from that alcohol is the most calorie dense food in existence and has no nutritional value as far as I know. so downing a six pack definately bad

It's not just the calories that drag you down, but its the alcohol itself.

Alcohol in a sense sends fat stores to the back of the line for a source of energy. Stored fat is obviously no good ;)
and fat can be stored up to 48 hours after the consumption of the alcohol too.
 
Beer is worse than liquor. I would even go as far to say an alcohol like vodka is probobly the best if any because it has less additives.

Yea, sometimes people forget to count the calories and carbs in the things they drink and only are aware of the things they eat.
