Again, i'm gonna say something you probably don't want to hear. Learn to cook. learn to enjoy preparing your own food. See my diary for some details on the way to create a balanced diet. Go to the last posts for how many serves of fruit, veg, carbs and protein etc
Then work those foods into meals. I try to come up with a meal plan each day. I've got time.
if you follow the ideas on my thread, you won't go hungry. Well i'd be surprised if you did.
