Link to some "drastic" routines I can try?

I was wondering if anyone had a link to some new routines I could mix in with my normal runnings and weeight training.

What I mean by this are some of the "Crazy Drastic" rotuines I see on comercials like PX90 extreme workouts. I don't mean that I would like to do a whole program like this but would like to throw some of these "Extreme" excerises into my normal routine.

If anyone knew of some good links that would show some good ones and explain how to do them it would be great.
