Having some issues with my arm these days. Doctor wants me to take it easier on some aspects especially heavy weight lifting. He thinks lighter weights would be easier for a while.
In the case of lighter weights and more reps what is the benefit, I used to hear that it was great for cutting but from what I know these days that isnt the case, it really comes down to body fat %.
So who can give me the low down on what lower weights and lots o reps do for you.
